1. Nature of AI-Generated Content

NutriSensei uses artificial intelligence (AI) technology to analyze your health assessment responses and generate personalized supplement recommendations, health reports, and pillar scores. This AI system evaluates self-reported data across four health dimensions: Metabolism, Energy & Recovery, Immunity & Inflammation, and Mind & Hormones.

All content generated by our AI system, including health reports, pillar scores, supplement plans, and any other personalized recommendations, is produced by automated algorithms and has not been individually reviewed by a licensed healthcare professional prior to delivery.

2. Informational Purposes Only

AI-generated recommendations, reports, and supplement plans provided by NutriSensei are for general informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute:

  • Medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
  • A substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare provider, physician, dietitian, or pharmacist.
  • A clinical assessment or medical examination of any kind.
  • A guarantee of any specific health outcome.

3. Limitations of AI Technology

You acknowledge and understand that:

  • Our AI system analyzes only the information you provide through our health questionnaire. It does not have access to your medical history, lab results, genetic data, or any other clinical information unless you voluntarily provide it.
  • AI recommendations are based on general nutritional science and publicly available research data. They are not tailored to account for specific medical conditions, contraindications, medication interactions, or individual biological variations.
  • AI technology can produce errors, inaccuracies, or suboptimal recommendations. No AI system is infallible, and the recommendations should always be evaluated with appropriate caution and professional guidance.
  • The AI does not replace the clinical judgment of a qualified healthcare professional. If you have any health concerns or pre-existing medical conditions, you should consult a physician before following any AI-generated supplement plan.

4. Your Responsibility

By using the NutriSensei health assessment and AI recommendation features, you agree that:

  • You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on AI-generated content.
  • You will provide accurate and truthful information in your health assessment.
  • You will consult a qualified healthcare provider before making any changes to your diet, supplement regimen, or health routine, particularly if you have pre-existing medical conditions, are taking medications, are pregnant, or are breastfeeding.
  • You will not rely solely on AI-generated recommendations for decisions regarding serious health conditions.

5. No Doctor-Patient Relationship

Use of the NutriSensei AI health assessment does not create a doctor-patient, therapist-patient, or any other healthcare provider-patient relationship between you and NutriSensei, its parent company, its employees, or its affiliates.

6. EU AI Act Transparency

In accordance with the EU Artificial Intelligence Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689), we inform you that:

  • The health assessment reports and supplement recommendations on NutriSensei are generated by an AI system.
  • You are interacting with AI-generated content, not with content individually created or reviewed by a human expert.
  • You have the right to request human review of any AI-generated recommendation by contacting us at support@nutrisensei.com.

7. Data Used by the AI

The AI system processes the personal and health-related data you submit through our questionnaire. This data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws (GDPR). Your health data is:

  • Processed only for the purpose of generating your personalized recommendations.
  • Stored securely on servers located within the European Union.
  • Not shared with third parties for their own purposes.
  • Deletable upon your request at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NutriSensei and its parent company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or in connection with your reliance on AI-generated content, recommendations, or reports provided through this platform.

This includes, without limitation, any health complications, adverse reactions, or financial losses resulting from following AI-generated supplement plans.

This limitation does not exclude or restrict our liability for: damages caused by intent or gross negligence; injury to life, body, or health; claims under the German Product Liability Act (Produkthaftungsgesetz); or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable mandatory law.

9. Continuous Improvement

We continuously strive to improve the accuracy and quality of our AI recommendations. However, nutritional science evolves, and recommendations may change over time. We encourage you to retake the health assessment periodically and to stay informed about current nutritional guidance from authoritative sources.
